Azego is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of its operations and supply chain. This policy outlines our commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics and ensuring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners working with or on behalf of Azego within the UK and internationally.

- Supplier Due Diligence: We conduct thorough due diligence checks on our suppliers, including assessing their policies, practices, and track record in addressing modern slavery risks.
- Training and Awareness: We provide training to employees to help them identify the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking and understand how to report any concerns.
- Reporting Mechanisms: We encourage employees, suppliers, and third parties to report any concerns related to modern slavery or unethical behavior in our supply chain through our confidential reporting channels.
Responsibilities
All employees, managers, and directors are responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy. The senior management team is responsible for regularly reviewing the effectiveness of our anti-slavery measures and implementing improvements where necessary.
Consequences of Breach
Azego will take any reports of modern slavery seriously and will investigate and take appropriate action in the event of a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with any supplier, contractor, or business partner found to be in violation of this policy.
Review and Updates
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in legislation or company practices.
Approval and Communication
This Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy has been approved by the Azego Board of Directors and will be communicated to all employees and stakeholders.
